windows 10 problrmes

Do you guys, have problems with windows 10, or is just me?
I just bought a new laptop and is getting so frustrating to use it, my laptop screen will freeze without any sound a couple of time a day. Another problem, it's also including freezing screen, but with super loud sound!!!  I really don't know what to do😢😢😢
