windows 10 problrmes

Do you guys, have problems with windows 10, or is just me? I just bought a new laptop and is getting so frustrating to use it, my laptop screen will freeze without any sound a couple of time a day. Another problem, it's also including freezing screen, but with super loud sound!!!  I really don't know what to do😢😢😢

My first time blogging

Hello, I will start my post by saying that, this is my first time writing on a blog. If I'm completly honest, I do not know what I should or I should not say on here😊. All I know is that I want to be your friend, I want you guys to talk with me, no matter what subject or what time, feel free to talk with me, and I will defenetly reply to all of you.
